Please do not post here.
I am conducting an investigation inside of FICS and am presenting my findings here for public viewing.
There are many injustices on FICS that are happening now! in particular the banning of innocent people.
Here is some proof; handle: nazihunter. Reason for ban: dupe.
nazihunter was not a dupe, yet was banned for one.
This player did whatever was possible to get FICS to realise their mistake but no resolution was possible.
Because of the sensitive information that may be posted here, I must remain anonymous. I cannot allow the administrators of FICS to know my handle.

Heh i am sure exists plenty of peoples which was banned simply because played in some subnet like anybody else, this are victims of hunting witchies. I am only surprized that You are surprized, no wonder that on some handles playing more peoples as one to not risking that both handles will be called dupes  |

I have just received word that after a year of being banned chessty(*) has un-banned nazihunter with out any apology for his inconvenience. I am informed that after many months (12) of arguing his case as a guest nazihunter managed to finally to convince chessty(*) that he was infact innocent all along. |

I recently was informed of abuse by foxbat towards another member. The member (who was logged on as a guest at the time) suggests that foxbat was verbally abusing him and also that foxbat suggested that he owend FICS. I was forwarded this email that the member sent chessty. I am told that the email went un-answered and that chessty's reply when asked was, 'I must have thought it was junk.'
Here is the email forwarded; as you can clearly see, foxbat was verbally abusive and he also suggested that he owns FICS (the chatroom to be specific.) The conversation was through tells.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a guest and I feel foxbat has forgot he represents FICS and I feel that he also suggests that he owns FICS.
Here is the conversation we had:
foxbat: why are you such an ass?
PEDOchess: thats abuse
PEDOchess: ur reported
foxbat: this is what i mean
foxbat: why do you act like this?
PEDOchess: r u serious? or has fics got to your brain
foxbat: answer the question
PEDOchess: this is the internet foxbat or have u forgot... men pretend to be women and vice versa
PEDOchess: somewhere along the line i think u forgot
foxbat: forgot what? that you are an ass?
PEDOchess: lol your sucking me in....
PEDOchess: this is all a big joke to me
foxbat: what a sad little man you are
PEDOchess: ur sadder because u take chatrooms to heart
foxbat: if you say so, but who's chatroom is it?
PEDOchess: here is my proof that u have spent too much time on net. dont take it too seriously. mrfoxbutt
foxbat: brilliant retort
PEDOchess: foxy is handling your abuse report.... gl
foxbat: i've committed no abuse
PEDOchess: foxy suggests reporting your abuse to chessty via email... i will do this

Knighttour, this is a serious internal investigation of a chess server that is an ideal example of administratior abuse - (considering recording it in Wikipedia.) Please, follow my instructions and let me continue. I do not want to comment on the obvious -
Verbal abuse = foxbat: why are you such an ass?
Suggesting that he owns FICS = foxbat: if you say so, but who's chatroom is it?
Now, on with the latest report.
Handle: BadMrFrosty
This member was recently banned and he informs me that it was a bot administrator that banned him; namely Rebecca(*). (Note: the reason for the ban was not discussed.)
Here is an example of administrators no longer willing to expose their actions to the public and have un-named bots do their banning. |

I know that people aren't reporting all this crap to some anonymous "investigator." That basically means:
1) Your handle is nazihunter. Good try staying anonymous though.
2) You logged in as a guest and acted like an asshole until you got someone to tell you so, then you tried to report them for abusing you. Don't think that chopping off the first part of your conversation with foxbat fooled anyone. It's clear that something happened before the tells you've posted.
3) BadMrFrosty is also your account so it was rightly banned as a dupe. No need to discuss it further.
This isn't a serious investigation, it's a fucking joke. Keep it up though, it's fun to read about every time the admins catch you abusing and bitch slap you for it. |
