his intention with bronstein is not to escape the effects of premove, but rather slow everyone down to his individual mental abilities

Heh very funny Marv, do You think that using bronstein will lead that peoples will talk slower and think slower ? You think that we will be all slower and slower and one day we will be so slow that all world arround will be too fast for us ? Oh maybe I should start be afraid that sometimes i playing blitz 5 0 or even standard chess 3 minutes for move. I only wonder i didnt see anybody playing standard chess to be mental "slow-ill" from it ...
Do You know some example of such slow-ill ?
Did you waking from sleep up with feeling "I am slower and slower and soon i will not even move?"

Heh You have to joking.
Do You think that when will You run some chess engine and give it more time to thinking, will in the same time thinking about the same number of positions ?
Maybe i missed some psychological aspect i never heard about ... hmm sounds really weird to me ?

Anybody understand Marv's fear ?

Hmm maybe the lithuanian buggers could tell us if feel some such slow-ill inside mind,
because they played not only bughouse bronstein on Czech Open but also slower chess games.

I did never imagine how dangerous could be slower chess that could lead to slowing mental abilities down ? Hmm we should take Marv serious more and start some tests maybe ?

Do You think Marv that it works also reverse way ? That if we will play games like 1 0 or faster even we will be then in mind speed rapidly faster ?

Maybe Marv we could finally stop of slowing down the superior ultra fast players able play games like 10 sec for game only ? Such players lost their advantage if are able to find (and make - premove ?) move in tenths of seconds. Then such players like Firefly will not be as strong maybe ...
Maybe this few players in the world able play bughouse game with 10 sec only for whole game are true bughouse players and all other on fics are only such "slow bunglers".
Maybe such players does not exists because Marv and others forced them to slow their mind thinking speed down by playing 1 0 or even 2 0 or 3 0 games. Well now Marv we know who is slowing the bughouse players, its the Berlin where is played very slow 3 0 and not only 10 secs for game time control :-)

sorry but i have to add this as a joke of a day, because:
It sounds like this:
If You will force every player to think 20 minutes for move in standard chess, you bring average chess players and top chess players like Kasparov to the same level ...

This sounds quite as nonsense, isnt it ?
Heh every who plays chess atleast on average level know that sometging such will not help him to beat Kasparov or some top chessplayer in chess ...
