I. Posts of the following types are not allowed in this forum and will be deleted without warning.
A. Threats of violence (at any pecific person, whether a bug board user, fics admin or any other person, or a person's property) are categorically unacceptable.
B. Civil discussions belong in the forum where it is most topical. Do *not* expect to find rational discourse in this forum. Choosing to read and/or participate in this forum indicates that you are willing to accept any and all forms of free speech with the exceptions noted above.
II. Posts of the following types are allowed or encouraged in Free for All Flames & Rages.
A. Throwing temper tantrums, screaming at life's injustices, working out one's frustration and anger.
B. Discussions may start or be moved here if they are too heated for other forums. In general, rage content and ad hominem attacks are the guidelines for determining whether a thread belongs in Free for All Flames & Rages or elsewhere. The Bug Board forum modertor reserves the right to move threads to more appropriate forums if they become civil.
C. Personal insults and flames are permitted within the boundaries outlined in section I.
III. Free for All Flames & Rages is a "black hole".
This means that flames and heated discussions that come into this forum must *stay* in this forum. Do not post in any other forum about events taking place in Free for All Flames & Rages. Leaving references in other forums to shunt discussion to Free for All Flames & Rages is acceptable, provided that the discussion does not then leave Free for All Flames & Rages. (Exception: civil threads moved to other forums).
IV. The FM reserves the right to interpret the above rules. In general, users should not expect warning posts in the forum prior to actual deletions.
